She has contributed to solicitor training, acting as External Moderator for the Financial and Business Skills course, and creating and delivering the Law Society accredited course “Advising The Elderly Client”.
She is qualified as an Associate of the Institute Of Financial Planning.
She is an accredited expert witness in general financial advice, in advising the elderly client and in lifetime mortgages. Her listing can be seen in the UK Register of Expert Witnesses. She holds the Cardiff University Bond Solon Certificate in Expert Witness Practice.
She is a past chairman of the SOFA Long Term Care Working Party, working to promote professional standards, and co-author of the Complete Guide To Long Term Care, published by IFAP.
